Chemical Synthesis Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake the implementation of the company's synthesis projects.

2. Guide team members to complete project tasks as required.

3. Take charge of the entire process of process R&D and implementation from laboratory scale to production line.

4. Manage daily laboratory operations.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above, major in organic synthesis, with no less than 5 years of experience in synthesis R&D.

2. Possess experience in process R&D and factory production; be willing to travel for more than 3 months per year.

3. Capable of independently guiding team members to complete process R&D and production work.

4. Maintain good laboratory working practices.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and pragmatic, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

6. Candidates with factory production experience are preferred.
