Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete automatic control design for chemical plants, including but not limited to:

1) Design of control systems such as DCS, SIS and GDS;

2) Compile instrument specifications for temperature, pressure, flow, level, analytical instruments, control valves and on-off valves;

3) Prepare instrument lists and IO lists;

4) Design drawings for air supply, pressure impulse, heat tracing systems and layout plans;

5) Design of on-site instrument rooms and central control buildings.

2. Review documents provided by manufacturers of control equipment, materials, packaged units and rotating machinery.

3. Coordinate with on-site construction and provide necessary technical support.

4. Report work progress to discipline leaders or project managers.

5. Work location: Xinxiang, Henan Province.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Process Control, Automation or related disciplines.

2. Familiar with relevant codes and standards for automatic control design of chemical engineering.

3. Possess competent English proficiency for daily work.

4. Strong communication, coordination skills and team spirit.

5. Able to take frequent business trips and work on construction sites.

6. Relevant working experience is preferred.

7. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Smartplant Instrumentation and Smartplant3D is a plus.
