Organic Synthesis Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

1. Conduct lab-scale route research, pilot tests, scale-up production and process optimization for organic synthesis.

2. Possess a positive work attitude and work diligently and carefully.

3. Independently perform experiment observation and result analysis.

4. Be proficient in reading English literature.

5. Have solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry and the ability to analyze spectra.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Fine Chemical Engineering or other chemistry-related disciplines.

2. Over 3 years of experience in synthesis R&D; candidates with factory production experience are preferred.

3. Able to independently operate, monitor and handle organic synthesis reactions. Familiar with common laboratory separation, purification and structure identification techniques including GC, HPLC, GC/MS, HPLC/MS, NMR and IR. Experienced in retrieving and applying chemical literature and patents.

4. Be available for business travel for more than 3 months per year.

5. Self-motivated, responsible, honest, reliable and team-oriented.
